In this video, we did a series of exercises to help with quickness, speed, and explosiveness. For a while now I realized my foot speed has reduced significantly due to the fact that I haven’t actively worked on it. Agility #ladder #drills are one of the best exercises you can incorporate into your routine to improve foot quickness. We also added some plyometrics and explosive training. I explain the exercises in the video and why they are beneficial.
