Sprint workout for athletes and to burn fat!

In this video, I performed a track workout with my good friend/former college teammate Tra-c Davis, he is a multiple-time national qualifier at the division two-level for the High jump. We decided to perform a sprint ladder, in our first set we ran 20m, 40m, 60, and 80m, in the second set we did the reverse by doing 80m, 60m, 40m, and 20m. We kept the workout short because it was our first time on the track in a year. When trying to get in shape, especially sports shape it is best to take the first few workouts easier so you don’t risk injury.
